3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Kerala: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery to remote locations may take longer depending on India Post service.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email once your order has been dispatched.

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by India Post, weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact number. Parishkaari is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.

8. DAMAGED PARCEL

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
