At Parishkaari, we strive to provide the best quality products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

A continuous 360° unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the unopened, sealed package and showing the parcel from all sides before opening, until the product is fully removed and inspected. Edited, paused, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
Claims without a valid 360° unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, all innerwear products (including panties, bras, shapewear, and intimate wear) are not eligible for return or exchange once sold. Exceptions apply only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product and provide a valid, continuous 360° unboxing video as mentioned above.

Colour variations caused by screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.
If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit, depending on product availability.
