6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

7. RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.

8. DAMAGED PARCEL

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
